Lean on me . . . When I was young we'd spend holi Lean on me . . . When I was young we'd spend holidays at the seaside and every time, mum used to wake me up to go catch the sunrise on the beach. Lying on the sand, with my head on mum's lap, watching the sun coming out of the sea, the birth of a new day, the rebirth of time - one of my most treasured memories. And then here's me, making new memories, hoping I'll get to show my daughter how beautiful the world is by taking us both out of our comfort zones (ie beds), hoping she grows knowing I'm an avid supporter of mad ideas even though I might at first grumble.
Is it me or does everyone in Cambridge look smart? Is it me or does everyone in Cambridge look smart? 😁 . . I've not felt particularly "smart" these days - there are a number of things I want to do but not sure how to achieve them. I have lists for immediate things that need doing, but the bigger ideas I struggle with. . . How do you get motivated? And most importantly, how do you find the time? I'm having a difficult time choosing between Netflix and getting creative.

I'm also going to brave the gym today; I was pregnant last time I went but feel like stepping out of my comfort zone a bit (a lot). . . Hoping I can also squeeze a village walk, I want to take pictures of all the pretty lights. The house next door looks like something out of Stranger Things! . . What are everyone's plans for this very short weekend?
